Players who pre-order the game are guaranteed access or you may sign up on the waiting list (although this does not guarantee access). In case you missed the announcement, upcoming third person shooter RPG The Division, developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft will be entering closed beta January 28th on Xbox One and January 29th on PC and PS4 and will run through January 31st.
